Maven Momentum LLC offers coaching services, business consulting, corporate workshops, retreat experiences, digital products & downloads, and online content & educational materials. All services are subject to availability.

Coaching & Consulting Disclaimer

Coaching and consulting services are not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advising. By booking services, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes, results vary depending on effort, circumstances, and participation, no guarantees of specific results are made. You must be 18 or older to book services.

Payment & Billing

All products and services must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Digital Products: Processed through secure third-party platforms such as Stripe or Squarespace Commerce.

Coaching & Consulting: Invoices may be issued for longer-term engagements.

Payment is required before sessions begin.

Refund Policy

Digital Products: All digital downloads and templates are final sale. No refunds are provided due to the nature of instant-access digital content.

Coaching, Consulting & Workshops: Refunds are not offered once the service has been delivered or a session has been completed. Rescheduling is allowed with reasonable notice. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All website content, templates, downloads, graphics, coaching frameworks, copy, and materials are owned by Maven Momentum LLC. You may not reproduce, resell, share, distribute, modify, or claim the materials as your own.

Violations will result in legal action.

User Conduct

You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, attempt to hack or access restricted areas, upload harmful code, or disrupt site operations.

Violations may result in termination of access.

Retreats & Events (Applicable When Launched)

Retreat bookings may require deposits, signed agreements, travel liability waivers. Retreat details, refund policies, and safety information will be provided separately at the time of booking.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maven Momentum LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of services, losses resulting from business decisions, third-party service interruptions, indirect or consequential damages.

You accept personal responsibility for results from using services and products.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate sessions for harassment, abuse, non-payment, unsafe behavior, violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes must be resolved in Maricopa County, AZ.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
