A Human-First Approach to Clarity, Success, and Sustainable Momentum

I help high-achievers rebalance, reconnect, and move forward without overwhelm, burnout, or rigid systems.

Why Maven Momentum?

I’m a strategist, coach, and systems builder who helps high-achievers create clarity, momentum, and sustainable success without burning themselves out in the process.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked across high-growth tech and e-commerce environments, leading teams, building programs, managing large-scale portfolios worth billions in annual revenue, and helping people grow into confident, capable leaders. I’ve always been a builder at heart, someone who thrives when given autonomy, structure, and the space to experiment thoughtfully.

Maven Momentum was born at the intersection of who I’ve always been and what I’ve learned the hard way.

The word Maven comes from the Sparketypes methodology, and it reflects my natural curiosity, love of learning, and drive to understand how things work. I’ve always been the person researching, experimenting, testing, and refining. Momentum is what happens when that curiosity is paired with clarity, structure, and compassion.

I don’t believe in hustle for the sake of hustle.

I believe in designing life and work intentionally so success feels grounded, human, and sustainable.

The Momentum Philosophy

The Momentum Method™ was created to help you reconnect with clarity, build calm, and move forward with confidence in seasons of uncertainty or transition.

My approach is grounded in five core beliefs:

✓ Human-first, always

Your life comes first. We design systems around your real rhythms, energy, and season and not an idealized version of productivity.

✓ Structure without rigidity

Clarity should support you, not suffocate you. We build structure that creates ease, direction, and follow-through.

✓ Sustainable momentum

No burnout. No pressure. No “go harder” mindset. Progress happens through consistency, not force.

✓ Identity-centered growth

Lasting change starts from within. We focus on self-trust, values, and alignment.

✓ Practical, minimal tools

Simple systems that work in real life. Nothing performative. Nothing unnecessary.

Whether you’re navigating a career shift, building a business, stepping into leadership, or just feeling disconnected from yourself, momentum starts with clarity, compassion, and one aligned step at a time.

My Own Reset Story

TLDR

I spent years doing everything “right” on paper (performing, achieving, pushing) while quietly losing my grasp on myself. My reset came from slowing down, getting honest, and rebuilding my life across five core areas: health, habits, career, finances, and relationships. Maven Momentum exists so others don’t have to learn these lessons the hard way.

The Longer Story

Like many high-achievers, I learned early on how to push through.

I grew up in the era of processed food, extreme dieting, and deeply unhealthy relationships with bodies and success. My weight and self-image fluctuated for most of my life as I bounced between restriction and burnout until I finally stopped chasing extremes and started choosing sustainability. That shift changed everything. Progress became slower but also became real, stable, and lasting.

Habits were where my Maven nature really came alive.

I’ve always been deeply curious (reading, researching, experimenting), sometimes to an extreme. Over time, that curiosity evolved. Instead of always chasing “more,” I learned how to stack habits intentionally by building routines that supported my energy, longevity, and my own version of success rather than competing with it.

My career followed a similar arc.

I’ve always been loyal, driven, and deeply invested in the teams and companies I’ve worked for. My time in tech, especially at Amazon, taught me how to operate at scale, lead through ambiguity, and execute at a high level. I’m incredibly proud of the programs I built, the leaders I developed, and the people I helped grow and get promoted.

What challenged me was culture.

I saw how easily grit turns into rigidity, how assertiveness blurs into aggression, and how productivity can quietly eclipse humanity. Fortunately, I’ve also seen the opposite… how people flourish under leaders who lead with empathy, clarity, and emotional intelligence. That’s where I thrived. That’s where my teams thrived.

Finance was another turning point.

For a long time, I believed financial literacy was out of reach, reserved for only a small demographic. My family worked incredibly hard but was never taught how to invest, build assets, or create generational momentum. I started from scratch, literally Googling “what is a stock.” Slowly, that knowledge compounded. Today, I help my own family understand investing and wealth-building so their hard work can finally work for them.

Financial freedom should not be gatekept. If I can help unlock it for others, I will.

Relationships were the quietest, hardest lesson.

I went through a season of numbing, building walls, rebelling, convincing myself I was fine being detached. It took years of introspection to realize the truth: I’m soft. I’m warm. I care deeply. And that is not a weakness, it’s a strength.

Enter the “GRASP ON LIFE”

All of this led me to a realization. When you have a firm grasp on something, you use all five fingers. For me, having a true grasp on life means being aligned across health, habits, career, finances, and relationships.

When one finger is slipping, everything feels unstable. Maven Momentum and the Momentum Method™ exist to help people regain that grasp with clarity, compassion, and structure that lasts.
